How to Sew a 4th of July Baby Romper
I bought this pattern to make my romper. This romper is for Baby G’s photography session on Sunday so I was super excited to make something nice. I wanted something unique because it seems like all babies have the same outfits! There’s only so much selection of reasonably priced baby clothing for boys and I refuse to spend $30 for a onesie. Not. Going. To. Happen. Ever.
The directions were pretty easy to follow and had a lot of diagrams which helped. My only difficulty is that the way it was constructed, the prints don’t match up and the seam is down the middle, rather than on the sides. I’m not sure if I did something incorrectly, but it still looked good. I didn’t take any pictures of the process, seeing I’m on a serious timeline and the pattern itself has tons of good diagrams and pictures, but here are some pictures of the final product….
