Have you ever wished you had an outdoor kitchen? There are SO many definitions of what an outdoor kitchen is! Some people want a beautifully hardscape patio with a refrigerator, grill, pizza ovens, and even televisions. Others want an outdoor kitchen that is functional for tasks like canning food from the garden.

We are looking to build something practical, but also beautiful. Cooking and eating outdoors three seasons of the year is so much fun. Hardscaping can add value to a home too. We want a dual purpose area.

Right now we’re on stage one of our backyard renovation, but we plan to add to it over the next few years. I can’t wait to see how it evolves!

What items do you want to add to your outdoor kitchen? Have you ever hired someone to draw out a plan for your outdoor kitchen and hardscape? Leave me a comment below!
