Needless to say, I’d forgotten about this and was reminded at Costco while perusing the aisles the other day. It appears to be much more affordable to eat in bulk when you buy in bulk, ha. I got 3 cantaloupes from Costco and a large container of Proscuitto and I’m a happy woman.
All you need to do it cut up chunks of cantaloupe, wrap some proscuitto around it and then use a toothpick to hold it all together. Super yummy.
G was delighted by the cantaloupe. DELIGHTED. Unfortunately it was a race to the finish with him around.
