To make these, I took crescent rolls and unwrapped them. I added some pork, horseradish, and shredded cheese to each. I rolled them each up and cooked per instructions on the crescent roll container. It was very easy and they came out great. They were also very easy.
The pork was cooked in the slow cooker a day or two prior and was pork shoulder cooking in a can of soda. I also often make shredded pork by added water and chicken bouillon cubes. We love this, but it always makes SO MUCH.
I was so pleased to find a great way to use up the leftover pork!
