Sorry for the lack of new material. I am working on a couple of things, especially for Mother’s Day, but I haven’t really made much progress. I wanted to finish up the projects that I already started first, my condo is a disaster, and my sewing area looks like a tornado hit it. I need to work on some storage for all the material that I have. I’ve been using cardboard to wrap fabric around to store it, but I stopped as I’ve run out of places to store it once it’s on there. I have this big bookshelf filled with photo albums that I’m thinking about using for fabric storage eventually, but I need to find a place for the photo albums. Recently, I’ve transitioned to just ordering photo books through Snapfish or Shutterfly when they have discounted rates (3 for the price of 1, 50% off, etc.) as the photos take up much less space that way. It prints out in these really cute hardcover books, and I like to put all of my cellphone pictures on there on pages with like 12 pictures on a page. VERY nice! I want to transition old photos to photo books and just toss the photos, but that’s a lot of work. I might want to wait until the until of the end of the year, on the off chance that the Mayans were right. Teehee.
So here’s what I finished. I had enough material for two Snapazoos so I figured I’d finish off the second. I also had started some newborn diapers and decided to make them ruffle butts, seeing I had so much fun with my Dragon Print Pul ruffle butt.
Here is the Snapazoo. It was much easier this time, sewing the pieces together first.
